Does Ft. Worth have a MADD chapter at all ? If so, are they so color blind purple TCU fans to not make a statement against this ?
Drunk driving can have horrible consequences, even if nothing more serious happened here. Can't believe the position school is letting the coach take on this.
Also, where is the local DA on this ? This is not first time offense and kid apparently has a history of this. I know down here drunk driving is taken very seriously by our DA (especially when there is prior history), but of course the DA there is probably TCU fan as well.
Horrible, horrible message the school is sending. Message should be to get the kid some help, and that getting his life straight is important than football.

That explains it. Just know DA down here pushes [deleted] the DUI thing, especially if there is 2nd offense or past history. I do civil law, but my friends who do criminal say down here there would be no probation even offered for the kid if this is his 2nd offense and he admitted to other drug charges.Stallion wrote:The DA?
