ok... i have on channel1770,as a uverse premium subscriber,an upgrade from our 450 service...i had to go to account manager,call the877 number and agree to the upgrade,which they told me would cost 23 cents for one day but that i would have to call back to cancel,otherwise another$7 per month to watch this san francisco based comcast station...we have the service as i type,but we will see if it stays on at noon...

Someone said that that channel was blacked out during live events; hopefully it works for you
