Spring Practice Objectives

Postby Boston Pony » Fri Mar 04, 2005 3:11 pm

Anyone want to harp in on what needs to be accomplished during Spring Practices that start tomorrow?

1. Passing game - can we stretch the field - which WR's will stand out
2. Linebackers - who's left standing and who can step in
3. JC players - who will make a major contribution in '05

Its implicit in passing game, but the 3 keys to the season to me are 1) offensive line 2) offensive line and 3) did I say offensive line?

I have seen good linebacker play over the last few years, not too worried about finding some traction there, but I have not seen much if any good oline play around here for awhile. Until the Oline steps up the program cant improve much if at all.

Does anyone know who will be showing up in the 1-2 rotation of the d-line this spring. Starters; Adami graduated, Jones descipline, Karrington surgery. Backup; Muse rehab....Any guesses??
