Sometimes a change of scenery is needed for everyone involved. Happens all the time. That's why you pay the head coach the big bucks to ultimately make those decisions for good or bad. Can you give us a hint as to what Caused Jeff's departure? He didn't pull any 4* recruits but he seemed to be one of the hardest workers on staff.

it had to do with him "ripping off" ideas from (mason I believe?) and putting them in a book/instructional video.

Admittedly, I don't know the specifics, but that is the gist of it.
