USC Football Poll: Fire Lane Kiffin?

and it begins...

USC Football Poll: Fire Lane Kiffin?

So SMU Fans you are not so NUTTS after all to want to get rid of your UNDER PERFORMING Head Coach.

Worse part is the gurgling mentions of Jack Del Rio as the next USC Coach because I personally want SMU to chase him to replace JJ!

I live in Jacksonville, about a mile from where Jack lived, and my response is a resounding, NO THANK YOU! The man spent years here and every year the Jags got a little worse. Granted the GMs Weaver hired were awful, but Jack is not a good head coach. He is a great DC, but he is just not great as a HC. I think he would be a better recruiter than the current staff, but other than that, please never let that name come up again.

I've always though Kiffin was overrated. I never understood why Tennessee went after him or why they were so upset when he left, regardless of how Dooley's done.

But still, he doesn't need to be fired so quick.

Kiffin is a snake, and he caused a lot of trouble in the SEC.

Agreed.

No reason USC should not be competing for NCs every year. The talent they can attract and the resources they have are unreal there. Pac 12 is very underrated IMHO. They beat up on each other and very hard for one to emerge unscathed. Oregon might. I thought USC would.

anyone who runs the table in a major conference deserves to be in the national championship hunt; what do you do if Bama, Oregon, K State and Notre Dame all go undefeated this year? As much as it hurts to admit, Louisville doesn't count because the BE no longer gets "major conference" credit.
