If not, well then you will see that they have the best school spirit in America next September when we go down there...

Yeah, just like they had all that spirit at Jonestown standing in line for the Koolaid. Freaking cult....

Stallion, your cousin "Ted Ed"???

As my late mother-in-law used to say: "Do they go to A&M because they act that way? Or do they act that way because they go to A&M?" Either way, Aggie$ are a strange lot.

so I never heard the entire story on the whole sword/cheerleader incident. Did he actually hit teh cheerleader? If not, it seems kind of overblown. She had to know what she was doing was going to [deleted] them off, and so of course she did it, as anyone would, and got yelled at and threatened, as she should have expected. Am I missing something?

Just seems to me that we shouldn't be criticizing a school for having fans that are too fanatic when our fan base consists of dozens of people age 45+, some people directly related to the current/past team, and a few other people who just happen to have become fans.

what happened was the entire SMU cheerleading squad was doing their manuever where they jump on the ground to spell out SMU with their bodies. The Aggie saw that the SMU cheerleaders were on "sacred" ground and charged the SMU cheerleaders with his sabre drawn. Two of the closets cheerleaders were fraternity brothers of mine Blake Nelon and Mark Davis( a former football walkon who was a weightlifter who could probably out bench 98% of the football team). When Davis saw the charging Aggie with sabre drawn he pushed said moron in the chest and the Aggie fell straight on his [deleted]. Very humorous. BTW Aggies that use this STUPID [deleted] argument that Kyle Field is a sacred, memorial to fallen soldiers fail to explain why the corps of cadets are allowed to chase the yellleaders around the field at the conclusion of the game so that they can be thrown into the fountain.

Not criticizing the school for its fans--I'm calling the whole institution a pseudo-religious cult, not unlike the Branch Davidians or the Jonestown folks, except worshiping the almighty Sarge. Example: cult-like backlash over the cancellation of that stupid-@ss burning toilet tower after the crazies killed 12 of their own. Cultish.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm just poking a little fun at the sheepophiles. After all its kind of slow until football the red and blue game. Yeah, the golf teams are doing pretty well. And we do get to play them at the Temple known as Kyle Field where yell leaders wear white and accolites wear brown uniforms kind of cross between monks and storm troopers.
