Freshmen look good

Gabrielle Wilkins was CUSA Freshman of the Week (and just hit a long jumper as soon as she got in the game), Lexus Williams leads the scoring early and and Farrin Bell has been starting and looks promising.

The rest of the team is off to a slow start tonight, trailing UALR 23-13. Ice-cold shooting will do that.

Considering how cold the shooting has been, being down 9 at halftime is a lot better than it could be. The shooting has to get better in the second half.

SMU shooting is cold, but Ponies have pulled to within 3 (37-34) and UALR has 3 players with 3 fouls.
