Does Rice deserve to go bowling?
Well, they did go 6-6, and those 6 wins were against:
Kansas 1-10, So Miss 0-12, Tulane 2-10, UTEP 3-9, SMU 6-6 and UTSA 8-4.
Oh, and UTSA teams' 8 victories were against So Alabama, A&M Commerce, GA State, NW Ok St, Texas St, McNeese St, a 1-10 New Mexico St team and a 1-11 Idaho team whose only victory was against before mentioned New Mexico St.

Whoever they play I hope they win! They beat us and they are a small private school. Good luck Rice(as long as its not a rematch with SMU).

I know Giddyup, but I have nothing against Rice as its only the 3 Bowl game in the last 51 years for this program. They are kindred spirits of ours and wish them continued success. I'm with you Ponyscott. If they play in Dallas or Ft. Worth and I can, I would enjoy watching Rice play their bowl game.
