Hawaii Bowl is C-USA v MWC, remember that Hawaii just needs to get bowl eligible and one bid is theirs automatically. Bowls only make special deals with schools that travel well (see Notre Dame, BYU, Navy, etc). There's a reason power conferences don't want anything to do with the Hawaii Bowl (remote location, low payout, decrepit stadium, terrible date).

Some truth to that-real question may be whether there will be any Big East teams left by the time we get there. Could very well be an All-Star non-BCS league-we will still struggle with these teams though
