George Lopez and Dickerson Jersey

Havent had a chance to post in a while, but as my friend and I were switching through the channels last weekend we saw the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards on and presenting an award was George Lopez (from some show on ABC) wearing a Dickerson jersey from the Pony Express days. Did Lopez go to SMU? Pretty cool to see him wearing our jersy at an awards show.

No, but the lady that plays his mom on his TV show is an SMU alum. Being that he is from LA, he was probably a big LA Rams fan and probably followed Dickerson. That's what I would gather...or maybe he just liked SMU. Never know.

Thought I would bring this back up as I saw it while viewing the site a while back.

George Lopez married an SMU alum. She was a DG at SMU, and graduated in the early '80's. Maybe that is the connection.

Word is, they are both going to be on PrimeTime Live tonight.
