Big Win over PAC 12

Interesting pac12 - SMU tidbits from an article on the game. It's our first win over a PAC team since 1979:

Utah was the first Pac-12 team to visit SMU since December 1967, when California played there in a tournament when that league was known as the Pac-8. The Mustangs hadn't played a team from the Pac-10 since losing at No. 3 Stanford on Nov. 18, 1998, and hadn't won against a team from that conference in their last five chances since beating Cal at the Kentucky Invitational in December 1979.

Big win.

Agree it was a big win. And the crowd looked much larger than in the past. And what was that I saw? Students? I hope this level of playing, winning and enthusiasm last through the season.

The students are coming to the games. I wish they would let they down on the bleachers behind the opposing bench. They would have completely filled the lower level.

The crowds are getting steadily larger, and steadily louder.

LB has mentioned the fans in almost every post game.
This was the first post game where he commented that we need more, but he was still complimentary of our fans, I I R C.

Amazes me we don't let students behind the other team's bench. Most schools allow it..and we actually need the extra seating
