Okay DMN - the time is now

I'm not one to biatch about the lack of SMU coverage in the DMN. In most cases I believe they give us the attention we deserve, but this is a little different. We've got a true coaching superstar running the show....a magnetic personality, a legend. He's already made great strides in the style of play and effort of the guys he mostly inherited. We landed a recruiting class that rates highly on a national level and transfers that will have an immediate impact next season.

For god's sake, give us some love tomorrow with a front page feature on LB and the program. I know it's football season but for once we actually deserve the coverage. This is a big game and we need the press. It's Larry "freaking" Brown's 6-1 squad playing a PAC 12 team at Moody. Any true sports fan should be interested in that.

They've actually had a lot more bball coverage than I can ever remember seeing for this point in the season.
They had a full write up of our last home game vs Rider and front page Sports day of LB's first game.

agree, deserves a nice pic on the first page of Sportsday. Jalen, local kid, was a beast tonight. Manual too. Russell didnt have his best game but he is a stud on the floor. Cannen played great D and gave us some offense too. Good show Mustangs, loved it.

Agree on all comments. We got a great little team that is so under the radar right now. We need to get the word out by next home game.

I tried to catch all the TV sports casts. Only ch5 even mentioned it and God Bless Newy but he called Utah a Big12 team. He gave the score with some enthusiasm though. Most college BB time was spent to the UTA UNT match with video on most if not all channels.
