This is true. Fortunately, I think LB can do it. I believe we are paying our assistants as much as any assistants in the country. That said, Howard is widely regarded as one of the best recruiters in the country, so he'll get his chance eventually.

I want our Assistants gone ASAP because it will be good for the program if the assistants are getting promoted. Promotions attract talent.

I want to keep Maligi longer than Howard though! While I realize that we will be a national program during Brown's tenure, it will be easier to sustain our success post-Brown if we develop a pipeline to DFW's best.
