I think something that is not being taken into account in relation to him leaving after a short time is his age. In the past, he had multiple options when he was ready to make a change and would pick the one he wanted. In 2 years he will be around 74 years of age. I think his options will be severely limited. I may be way out of the ball park but I think he may be around for a long time.

I am curious. How do you structure the contract for LB? And for the HCIW? I take it the sub assistants if that is the right phrase will have one year jobs, subject to renewals.
