I just discovered the SMU Insider at Scout.Com. Is this something worth subscribing to?

NO! The entire Scout network sucks at least in Texas Football recruiting. There are other parts of the country and in Basketball where they do a better job. The SMU site is just a generic facade-they have no one actually reporting on SMU. Rivals ain't perfect but its much more up to date, accurate and thorough. As nuch as some like to slam Rivals and their coverage of non-BCS schools they still detected interest in SMU from about 150 recruits in last year's recruiting season and there is no other source where you will find that thorough information on SMU recruiting.

Rivals is a much better source and will only get better with our joining the CUSA considering that is a conference they cover.
