We do it every year. Not sure why we we do it, but we do what we do.

More turnovers. Bummer of a game.

Isn't funny how poorly you play after being off for two weeks. You learn from and move on

Back to reality. When we are off we have no chance since we are so limited from the bench.

What is Dickerson's problem since he seems to be getting very little playing time?

Did Jalen ever come back into the game?

12 assists vs 22 turnovers; won't win many games with those numbers
still 8-2 which is more than I would have expected from these guys to date

I'm sure it has been said already -this is Doherty's team not Brown's and we all know what we were under Doh-not good and not much talent. Brown said this would be a tough year.

Hopefully Dickerson will develop quickly. Right now, easy to see where the scholarships will come from given that we're over the limit for next year......

I was at the game on Saturday.
1) Although Jalen returned, he wasn't 100% and seemed a little off. But, he is a joy to watch play. While he was out, Cunningham got in foul trouble.
2) Bernardi played a lot of minutes in the 1st half. He made some bad mistakes on offense, but played [deleted] defense. IMHO - it is critical to get him into the rotation b/c he is the only guy that "wants" to take the outside shot.
3) Williams will be a bench player on a good team b/c he doesn't provide enough offense for his minutes.
4) The reason SMU lost was turnovers caused largely because NOBODY in the Top Six really wants to take the outside shot. Without an outside threat to guard, URI clogged up the paint making it hard to slash to the basket and forcing passes through traffic. It's hard to drive on people playing back from you. The result was a huge number of TO's by the Mustangs.
5) Someone in the incoming class needs to be able to shoot the three for this team to beat good teams. Hopefully, one of the guys coming (or Bernardi) will be able to do it.
Do unto others before they do unto you!!
