Re: Gamedaywe played like total crap and should have won
Re: Gameday
Does that mean we blame the loss on LB? Peruna is my mascot!
Re: GamedayGo Larry....did he get outside the box
Re: Gameday
He's not stupid. It was already over with all of the fouls we still had to give. Shake It Off Moody
Re: GamedayOne of the few games where the home team announcers weren't complete homers
Re: Gameday
I did get the impression this was a little bit of "showmanship" as it would have taken a miraculous finish to pull this one out. I don't think LB views this as a mistake that cost his guys the game...but he might say something along those lines in his postgame.
Re: GamedayAll our loses with scores in the 50's - just seemed out of synch compared to the 1st part of season
Re: GamedayI think LB was showing his kids what passion is from his standpoint and that he has their backs. I'll bet they come out spitting nails in the Cable Car classic.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna
Re: GamedayHere is Browns explanation of the technical. He really did not like the non call:
“It was a difficult way to lose, to give up an offensive rebound — it might have been an offensive rebound foul,’’ Brown said. "When asked to expound on what happened on the technical fouls, Brown waved his hand and said, “That was just a referee trying to embarrass a team. You shouldn’t end a game like that, but that’s the way it is.’’ Brown preferred to give the Utes credit rather than blame the late calls or non-calls for the outcome of the game." Re: Gameday
I dig you as a poster, but slow your roll. Frazier isn't that kind of difference-maker. Hell, half the country thinks he peaked/maxed out two years ago. Very good shooter, that would be a great get for SMU. That said, there is no guarantee the kid would even start for us. He's surly/moody on the court, plays in spurts, makes ridiculous decisions, and jacks shots from 5 ft over the half court line. Don't get me wrong, love him & want him as a Mustang, but his presence doesn't even guarantee victory last night, much less a 15pt win
