During tonight's segment of DFW Sports Day on Fox Sports Southwest, Kevin Sherrington (Dallas Morning News) picked SMU to win the Sheraton Hawai'i Bowl.

Fresno players did not get the memo and went swimming in the ocean. Many major players have cuts all over their feet and will not be able to play. Meanwhile, the SMU players were warned by JJ and stayed out of the water. All are well.

SMU's last appearance in the Hawai'i Bowl was the largest margin of victory in ALL bowl games played in 2009. Will history repeat itself?

JJ's SMU teams tend to play well when he has them giving a sh#t -- which is when HE happens to give a sh#t.
at Tulane: didn't
at Rice: didn't
vs. Army in AFB: didn't
at Navy: didn't
vs A&M 2011/12: couldn't, so didn't
at Baylor 2012: couldn't, so didn't
at Aloha Stadium or needing a win to get there: oh, yeah!!!!

Wouldn't be surprised if SMU wins -- not that I give a sh#t.
