If anyone is interested in seeing some of the talent interested in SMU for the 2006 class, check out Team Texas at the Next Level Tournament in Grapevine this weekend.

On Team Texas are:
Darrell Arthur - High Interest in SMU
Donald Sloan - Medium Interest in SMU
Jermaine Beal - High Interest in SMU

Events like this are what Dallas such a great sports town. That is an impressive group of high school players over there in Grapevine. That along with the Mavs/Rockets, Rangers/Yankees and the NFL draft. My head is spinning. And to top it off that NASCAR crap has taken its big bag of nothing and left town....things are all good in the Dallas sports world. Well, if we can get the Stars playing again.

I have never heard of Next Level

Can someone please shed some light on it. Who and how do they make money? It is just a fancy name for AAU?

I am glad to see that we are getting some interest from local players. I really like the signings this year. It is a good mix of positions and ages.
