I attended my first Larry Brown era game last night and I am impressed.
Love the way this team plays and the way LB coaches.
Can't wait for all the Moody renovations. This is going to be a first class venue for SMU and the City of Dallas.
Just send 'da money.

If that was your first and you liked it you will love it when the students are back - those games are only fun when the kids are there. Almost feels like real college basketball again at SMU.
Seeing alot more random Dallas folks giving it a look - we have a chance to capture the city if we play this right.

I was in Arkansas for the Furman game, but I can't wait for Wednesday. Moody is so much fun this year.

I'm not going to complain about any band-wagonner; we need as many fans as we can find if we want to become (and remain) relevant again

I get the logic & argument and still dont care. Hoops isn't about attendance, it's about dark, stank, sweaty gyms in the summer. I don't see many here there, so I don't much care about their impressions in january.
Also, any brown bump we get bolts w/him, unless Jank maintains a top 15 style program, which he's never done. Either way, I'll be here

still looking for the next Doc Hayes in SMU hoops history. Problem in today's world is that you can't pay a guy enough to retain him once he's raised the profile of a program

Yeah, if you do not live and breathe SMU basketball, you have no right to enjoy a game, much less publicly express how much fun you had. You are simply no better than a t-shirt fan.

Are you saying that you consider anyone who is not in gyms in the summer a front runner? Is attending aau games a requirement to be a true fan of a college team? Also, didn't you actually say you would not be here if brown was hired? I know that was just you being emotional and over reacting, but I find it funny that you said that and now are disparaging people who you imagine will leave when brown does.
