I love the postgame Larry Brown interviews

These are a must-watch.

There are more honest comments at every one of these than Jason Garrett has made in his career.

let's just hope Coach Brown stays healthy and wants to be here for at least the next 3 years; I figure by then SMU is a serioulsy competitive program

we are so lucky to have Larry Brown. Just listening to him is reassuring that he knows exactly what he is doing and where we are heading. This man is a leader.

I just wish they would point a mic at the audience so you can hear the questions.

Who records these interviews, the SID?

That's better than when the mic is in the audience and you can hardly hear the speakers.

At least he got in a "we do what we do" reference in the press conference!

Good stuff.

End of the game was typical SMU syndrome and LB hit the nail on the head: "we can't fear failure." Same thing in football. Bottom line.

Absolutely, no coach speak when talking about the game or players. He gives an honest assessment of the game. It is nice to actually learn something about the team from a press conference.

Guessing there has been plenty of work/talk on how to handle key end of game situations after the Wyoming game.

The solution there is coming next year when they have more than a 5 man rotation. Something about that you missed, or were you distracted by watching tcu's horrible basketball team?
