There seems to be an enormous discrepancy in the number of fouls called on UH and those called on SMU. Getting hosed by terrible CUSA refs, or did we really play a sloppy, stupid, boneheaded game?

Are you one of the nine people at the game?

Nope. I don't head back to campus until the weekend. Nobody on campus + 4 inches rain = low crowd attendance. House with another 20+ point game under his belt. The impact of a 5 star recruit is amazing. 12-2!

UH wins, bottom line. But I'm glad your 5 star was around to help UH pull away from a team that plays a seven man rotation and two of them fouled out.
GO MUSTANGS!

both programs need to step it up if we are going to be assets to our future conference; Houston has struggled just as we have with mediocre hoops and very little fan support. Hopefully we both improve quickly so our future conference mates won't keep trying to run away from us. Would be fun if both programs were top 25 caliber and our games against ewach other were meaningful and well attended

Seems like we missed a lot of close ones.

I'm pretty sure we have the worst shooting percentage in the country from inside five feet.

UH wins, 78-67.

We knew that we would have nights when our lack of depth would kill us. Once Shawn Williams and Cannen Cunningham fouled out, we had no firepower left on the court. Houston did their part and buried us.

What about 3 pointers? They were oh-fer at the last two home games, weren't they? Finally hit some tonight, but sheesh.

Tired legs in the second half. This will be a theme the rest of the season.
