I'd cut Shawne before Bernardi at this point. You can't get more minutes and less stats. No impact on any game ever. Ulric needs to determine if Shawne's Daddy can hurt SMU by cutting him. If its minimal, Id rather have the ship than Shawne, 100 times out of 100

I'm just commenting on how he impacts this season only, not moving forward. IMO, he is a better option than Brian this year.

I am not arguing that he is not replaceable only that at this point we have to maximize ever guy on the team. We cannot afford to lose anything he gives us until one of the bench players steps up and don't see that happening. Cotton is hobbled and Bernardi is still raw.

I am still a believer in bernardi just like ponyscott. His kind of shot has been rare at the hilltop lately. We need him as a shooter and hopefully the D comes around.

Anyone know where he transferred to?

Williams does play good defense, and is at a totally different position than Bernardi.

Also, it was interesting watching BB in the zone last night in the first half. Good energy, moving side to side, but just didn't have the speed to catch up to the ball when it was passed around the perimeter. Too anxious to help the other guard at the top and couldn't get back to keep his own guy from shooting a three.

You nailed it Jason. Brian has had too many coaches tell him to "help" instead of just making sure his guy cant get off the easy open look. i just think that Brown is going to say he can get shooting that good without giving up that much on D and speed.

I thought he would have only been a sophomore, but I could be wrong.

He was going to be a soph. They thought they had McLaurin, so they let Leslee go. That way they got the better player for a year, but open the ship two years earlier. Les was gone this year or next. We just could have used him this year. He's just the type of body we need this year
