And I'm unsure why UH fans think you are that much better than us this year? The game the other night clearly did not show that - I watched the game. You won, congrats! Not downplaying that at all, I personally thought it was a good game. But SMU dominated most of the game and for the record the foul trouble for us comes when we get three fouls.

Well said. And there is a difference. Yes, you have a 5 star frosh who scored 28pts. Adding another frosh or two next year doesn't put you on par with what we have coming. The #1 JUCO player in the country, and three former starters from big time teams and conferences waiting to destroy teams like UH. Not to mention our highly touted incoming freshman. Your recruiting ringer now sits on OUR bench.

UT is proving that top rated talent doesn't necessary produce wins, or at least not nearly as many as expected.

One of your highest rated guys (Knowles) did not make it into school. House is having to do it almost by himself.

Yeah. The ante has been upped on this one.

I would consider the USM game a must win for the Ponies. Especially, with the next 3 games @UTEP, @UCF, @Marshall

I'm not sure a must-win exists this year. I just consider them all fun viewing.

I say Rice is a must win simply because of how dreadful and gutted they are. Let us please reach 13 wins this year, at minimum.

Does the ECU basketball team play better defense than their football team?

Nice. Also, just think, if the Houston fball team had scored as many points against us their bball team scored against ECU, they would have won 77-72.
