I thought we would set up for a trey to either win or lose this game; guys had already played over 40 minutes and I didn't like our chances in a 2nd OT. Cotton is one of our guys who should be thinking "take the shot". Instead, he forces it inside to Shawn?

we just got beat by a freshman, Stiggers from Terrell. sorry but its hard to make excuses about depth when the other team is beating you with a freshman in your own gym. Can't blame the fans today, good crowd, pretty good atmosphere. maybe Frazier will overlook the collapse. I am worried about the way our guys play at crunchtime, adding a few players next may not change the fact that the existing core doesn't know how to win close games.

HF - dont understand your post. This "core" wont be next years "core". and whats so hard to understand about no depth - he cant take anyone out because there are no options. next yr when someone is cold then there is an option. also we go timid at the end since a foul out is a killer (due to no dopth) - as we saw when cunningham went out of the game.
