I hope your cousin didn't pay his attorney's big $$$'s. I cannot imagine Arizona actually prosecuting someone for felony Bong Possession.

you can get arrested for having a bong. it's called "possession of drug paraphernalia". i know 3 guys that got arrested for exactly that by UP police while I was in school. two got charges dropped, third please "no contest" since he wouldn't make a court date since he was on summer vacation out of town.

so, yes, they can be illegal by themselves in some cases.
