350 lb. RB signs with Hawaii

Wow. Are there going to be 400 lb. OL next?

On another note, if anybody wants to know why the NFL and college are flipping out over the rule changes, look at this example. The 1963 NCAA National Championip team, Bear Bryant's Alabama, had 20 players over 200 pounds. The largest, I believe, was an OT who weighed in at just over 230.

The basic physics of the game are changing, fast. One could argue that the human head wasn't designed to be consistantly beat upon with this kind of force.

That's unreal. Reagan Mauia (sp?), the running back who supposedly plays for the Arizona Cardinals but isn't listed on their on-line roster, played at about 300 pounds at Hawaii, although he's supposed to be about 265 now.

This kid, though, just looks unhealthy. Surely he'll have to drop a lot of weight before he gets on the field, wouldn't he?

The fact that this guy can run like that at 350 is absurd.

If he can get down to 300ish, he could be a bulldozer of a fullback. Part of me thinks he could be the most successful at DT if he slims down a little. Hopefully this guy qualifies academically. It'll be fun to watch him rumblin' and stumblin' all over defenses

That's a big boy to have that kind of speed, agility and feet. Not sure if projects as a FB in college or beyond. But at 6'2" slimmed down to 300, that would be an impressive DT/NT. Where are these kids today coming from? .... wow
