Indoor/outdoor suites are a good idea. Hell, I wouldn't be opposed to some kind of outdoor/shaded club level kind of deal on the other end of the stadium. have the top of about 4 or 5 sections roped off and covered, put in AC vents, and serve beer/liquor. Guaranteed you'd sell those a whole hell of a lot easier than your standard reserved or GA seating. People want to feel exclusive, especially in the social cesspool that is SMU/Dallas

OR...it might be better to do something like that in the end zone sections, since those aren't as popular. Seriously, why not rip out 2,000 seats and make it a bar/pavillion club level sort of deal? People would be all over that
