NFL cuts affecting Margus Hunt's draft stock?
ESPN just announced that the Atlanta Falcons have cut three players: RB Michael Turner, DB Dunta Robinson and DE Jonathan Abraham. The Falcons use both 3-4 and 4-3 defensive alignments, and have been rumored to have serious interest in Margus Hunt. Personally, I would think they have bigger needs, including RB, but their defense was far from dominant, so maybe Margus is their man. Who knows?

I can't think of another defensive Falcon lineman, and since Atlanta picks 30th, that might be the right range.

If they cut Turner, too, maybe they should go after Zach, too!

As a Falcs fan, I would love to draft Margus.Dement-ed wrote:If they cut Turner, too, maybe they should go after Zach, too!
I think ATL will go after Ste. Jackson or draft a RB in 2/3. We had a rookie FB, Bradie Ewing from Wiscy, go down with a torn ACL last year. I'd have to imagine he will be back.
