Temple should be in there. They had several 8+ win seasons. Coming into last year their record was better than ours

Yes, but the Big East teams are currently BCS.

yeah but they really just got in there last year because they could move on one years notice when SMU couldn't. They are really in same boat from the perspective of past performance
