Aresco mentioned a second basketball TV deal in the works. Why wouldn't adding strong basketball schools from the remaining A10 or Valley that are located in large markets enhance our overall revenue? The conference had planned on taking ECU just for football, why not add the right schools to generate more revenue from the basketball side?
I expect ECU to eventually be full member; if we schedule tough non-conference games and maybe even have an alliance with the old BE (part of why the negotiations have been so amicable?), I expect we can get more $$ for bball rights. My guess is that the comish is already all over this
