From the UTEP game in March I concluded that the Garland facility is excellent, but I think that when one buys season tickets and half the season is in a place where you will not have assigned seating, that trebling the price of season tickets is a little cheeky.

That said, I'm still renewing.

yes, they should have factored in the price with the new Garland center and they got caught with their pants down with the conference stuff. Nothing they could have foreseen on the alignment but should have thought about the price in relation to the number of games being played at the new Moody for 2013/14.

What seats were tripled in cost? My old 4 seats were in OO and will now be in the new club-sideline area. Believe my annual cost went up about $75 per ticket, about 15%, although I did have to bump up my MC donation a little to get sideline seats. Of course, if you had managed to get seats in the old blue seat section with only a small MC donation, which I know some people did, then to retain similar seats in the new arena would cost you a large MC bump. Have no problem with that.

I have no problem with the addition of a MC donation for BBall either, I just feel that the timing is off. 2014-15, when everything is up and running would have been more appropriate in my mind. And you are right, I was including the extra MC donation in my calculations. I do agree that there should be a donation in principal, especially for the lower seats, given how few they are, I just think 2013-14 could have been used as a chance to leave things as is and reward people who have had seats in the past.

We sit in the same section, good old OO!

Peter O'Toole was in "Lawrence of Arabia".

Stanley Baker, Jack Hawkins, & Michael Caine for "Zulu"

Two great movies - by the way!!!

For some strange reason, one of the few universities that REFUSE to use their school colors: Harvard Crimson & Yale Blue.

If you really want to be in the sideline club seats in future years you better get them now. Could be a tough go later.

That is the MC cost for 1-4 tickets. If you have more, it goes up $1000 for each additional four. I know, I added 4 seats to my 2 last year and got the bill for an additional $1000.

Are you trying to take over row 8? :D If you want to expand anymore let me know and you can buy 2 more under my 4 max. I do not plan on going any higher than 2
