There is no great movement by the Big 12 to expand just yet. Currently their members are getting crazy money on a per team basis with their TV deal. Why add more dead weight that takes revenue away from the existing members. If you are going to do that you need to add a Florida State, Clemson, Georgia Tech, or BYU. Those schools are assets that will add value to the conference. Tulane, UNM, and Memphis do not represent enough value given that the Big 12 doesn't need to expand right now. If there is a groundswell of support for expansion, then I would expect them to target Cincinnati, BYU, South Florida, and Houston.
