Re: Now is the time to cheat
The NCAA Staff has been purposefully underfunded for a decade so everybody can blame the NCAA instead of dirty cheating programs for the problem the schools intentionally created. In fact, there are more high profile programs now that are currently or will be on probation than just about ever before. The "NCAA" is an easy target for criticism which is ridiculous considering they aren't given the resources to police the major sports. Blame the collective schools that comprise the NCAA for collective neglect.
BTW a federal court just threw out the Pennsylvannia's Governor's anti-trust lawsuit against the NCAA

Have to agree with Stallion on this. If schools really want the cheating to be minimized(it will never be completely stopped) they need to provide the resources to the NCAA.
When will I start feeling stimulated??

Maybe we can have a NCAA tip jar, and prime it with the $20 they charged the lady golfer for washing her car on campus while charging the school with a secondary violation.
Resources or not, the NCAA is broken.

Now is only the time to cheat if your AD doesn't self report.

Re: Now is the time to cheat
Bob Hitch is no longer availiable-that worked out so well for SMU. Its a game-you self report and take corrective action the NCAA will slap you. You cheat, then lie then the NCAA will lay significant sanctions or give a Coach a lifetime(10 year) ban. I don't think its well known but the lifetime ban has been imposed on about 50 Coaches by the NCAA. They ought to publicize that more
