You can expect college sports to take a hit, if revenue sports athletes are entitled to pay. Non-revenue sports, especially Men's Teams would be first to go. Division III looks better if the Power Conference start to distribute funds to their athletes.

Even if the NCAA loses, The NCAA survives. The NCAA isn't making its big bucks off Eric Dickerson bobble head dolls.
It will change the NCAA to some extent but the NCAA still controls March Madness and the CWS. I agree with the plaintiffs but I don't think this is a killer case.
