I think the answer to success in Bball starts and ends with LB. JJ is hardly a LB, and if he were we might be entertaining top kids. BTW, I know about the rest, but don't remember Walker QB, Charles RB, Godine DB, Bennett WR off that '79 Top 100. What happened with their careers? No offense intended .

If I recall correctly, Charles Waggoner is quite the story. His freshman year he out performed ED and CJ, then had a career ending injury before his sophmore year. Tragedy for him, and SMU fans can dream about a Pony Express with three riders carrying the mail.
