I have seen multiple other sources that list us as the #1 toughest.

OU:

ULM - SunBelt (UR)
Tulsa - AAC (UR)
ND - Ind (Fake Top10, at the very least ATM > ND)

SMU:

TT - B12 (Potential Top25)
ATM - SEC (Top10)
TCU - B12 (Top20)
