I mean this current class has a total of 2 BCS offers: Iowa state and Michigan state.
More than half the class holds zero other offers...

The only way we could sniff a 5 star is if he was a coach's son and that would still be doubtful. Getting a four star to visit would be a step up.

The multiple was in relation to 4 stars. I do think we could eventually land a couple 5 stars here and there. It looks very distant right now, but start winning and attract the right staff (Jim Harbaugh did it at Stanford) and it all looks much more attainable.SMU2007 wrote:as far as I'm aware, TCU hasn't signed a single 5 star, and they are essentially setting the bar for what we could (in theory) turn into under absolutely perfect circumstances in a best case scenario. Now explain to me how we would suddenly be pulling in multiple 5 stars? Is it technically possible under some bizarre circumstance? ...I guess. The hoops staff has had roughly half a dozen of the top 100 players in the COUNTRY on campus recently. That is absolutely insane. I'd be happy if we could get half a dozen of the top 100 players in the metroplex on campus for football at this point.

XC is right. A good amount of 4 stars are considering TCU and were even before they went to the Big 12.

JJ should've asked Klemm how he was doing that in his exit interview.mrydel wrote:Getting a four star to visit would be a step up.
