The Mustang Band saw SMU play UCLA in the Rose Bowl stadium (1994).

I'm trying to decide which road game I want to attend this season. I'm looking at: Memphis Cincinnati South Florida I kind of want to see the Ponies play in Cincy. Weather shouldn't be too awful the first week in November.
Back off Warchild seriously.

I'd do Memphis... It's a game that we should (though I'm not guaranteeing) win... Plus they have good BBQ....

If it is a day game in Cinci, it should be perfect football weather. Probably in the upper 50's. Night games could be a bit chillier. We don't really get cold until January.

For me Cincy is the easiest to get to from DC. Either, plane, train (neat train ride through the New River Gorge in WV) or drive.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

Off the top of my head: Cotton Bowl (home games and the miserable game, weather-wise -- but not result-wise, against Pitt in 1983) Texas Stadium Ownby Stadium Ford Stadium Floyd Casey (Baylor) Kyle Field (A&M) @TCU @Texas Tech And the sweetest were at Memorial Stadium in 1980 and 1982. 20-6 and 30-17

http://gusfriedchicken.com/ I'm digging the idea of bacon jalapeno hush puppies... I'll have to make a stop there when I make a trip to Memphis in a couple of weeks.
