Speaking of Branding: Test yourself on how many of these icons that you have no idea which football team they belong to. I was shocked at myself at how many it was for me.

It's not hard if you lead with the conference affiliation.

is it just me or does it seem smu is getting little respect in any of these preseason assessments?

Our average predicted finish is 6.875th. Obviously widespread disagreement on where we will finish but I think that basically saying we will finish 7th is not giving is credit.

We can start making them eat their words against Tech.

Seems like UCF is getting the most respect of the new teams entering the conference.

We really laid an egg in Orlando last year but I don't think there is any sort of gulf between us. Two years ago we handled them fine. 3 years ago we pushed them hard in the CUSA Championship. I think we beat them at home this year. And finish above them.
