Both Rhodes and Taylor could see the field this year imo.

They both run good routes and can catch. Rhodes has more speed and can play slot or on the outside. JaBryce is a big strong receiver.

If he is he shouldn't imo. This could allow them to leave Acker on defense. According to the SMU roster Rhodes is starting out at receiver. He was the all time leading receiver at West Orange Stark according to the SMU website and you could see why tonight.

We needs receivers much more than corners at present. Two guys that can run and catch on the outside and this is a completely different team IMHO.

My take is the QBs need some receivers that can actually catch the ball. Greta that these guys are looking good. We need to upgrade at WR.

We need receivers who can catch a football and hopefully G2 has learned to lay off a little on the fast ball with the shorter routes.

Acker is still a CB. He is a very good athlete who might get used on offense, as well, but he is still a starting CB.

I thought Rhodes was going to switch to offense. Whoever is on that side of the ball, returning starters, Acker, Frosh, etc., needs to step up this season, catch some balls and get some yards after catch.
