I have been to one SMU football game at Ford - the Aggie game last year. Without Manziel, I think the game would have been very competitive. He turned sacks into backbreaking plays for the Aggies.

This is all very sad (except for the Aggie fans panicking).

I see absolutely nothing sad about it. He is an arrogant, entitled brat who has jumped into every spotlight he can find, and then whines when people scrutinize him. He insists he's not going to change who he is, and if there's any truth to this report, he is someone who apparently thinks rules don't apply (and not just in terms of taking classes in classrooms, like the rest of the world).

Word of caution on NCAA investigation on Manziel: They still have to find compelling evidence to suspend him. Might not be easy.
