on defamation, tortious interference etc. Summary Judgment means that no trial is necessary because the Leach either failed to raise a material issue of fact on his claims or James established his defenses as a matter of law. Very high standard for James Defendants to obtain a summary judgment on a tort claim. For the Defendants to avoid trial on a tort claim is kind of an embarrassing loss for the Leach. This case has now been concluded with Leach getting exactly what any decent lawyer should have advised him-ZERO.
