Myles Turner has cut his list to 8 in no particular order Duke, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisville, Arizona, Ohio State, Texas and Oklahoma State

As of now they are more notable programs. Now next year at this time hopefully SMU will have gone to some type of post season tournament be it NCAA, NIT or CBI and that will help level the playing field.

You realize that Texas has been in the tourney every year that Barnes has been there, until last year right? Why in the world would a recruit make a decision based off of one season?

Zero seasons. We haven't had one yet. We're 100% potential.

i wouldnt say 100% potenatial. we are coming off of the number 14 recruting class in the country, not counting three pretty known transfers and a very solid returning core. With LB as coach. I dont think it is that hard to figure out where this is going. UT already wants no part of putting us on the schedule

A good team on paper doesn't mean squat until they produce.

Look at the lakers and eagles this past year. And the cowboys for a solid decade...

Glad we appear to be moving in the right direction, but ill wait until I see us on the court before I anoint us on level with texas
