The meltdown on the Kentucky message board is classic. Some are claiming this is an academic issue for EM, and Cal has passed on him because of it. That's comical.

This is beyond exciting for our program. KF was the start. Can't give him enough praise for joining the squad and the staff for convincing him to make that choice. Just a great time to be a Mustang fan!

All the paying him stuff is getting really old. It's a shot at not only LB and the program. But Mudiay as well. I'd be insulted if I was him.

Let them talk about paying him. When the NCAA realizes we are doing an internal investigation about one of our football players attending a concert, they have to admit that we have institutional control in place and will need strong evidence to step in and look at us. I would not be surprised now if the Lil Wayne/Sanders internal investigation was done specifically for this purpose.

wow - i dont know about the entire world, but this would shock the basketball world. we would go from "oh they grabbed KF" to "wow they are building a program faster than it has ever been done"

if he picks us hope he is really ready to work his craft. That is what LB does. It is not for the lazy. this guy strikes me as at least an independent thinker - which is a great start.

Hopefully it can eventually spill over to football, but even if it doesn't I will gladly take being in minor bowl games every season coupled with NCAA tournament (Sweet Sixteen?) every season.
