I agree with you, but then why bother with this asinine half-game suspension? Just makes the NCAA look even more incompetent and biased (which takes some work on their part). If you don't have the evidence, then you let the kid play. If you have enough to warrant some kind of punishment, then here's a novel idea: actually HAND OUT a punishment. What they did is is the equivalent of your parents sending you to your room, where all your toys, your TV and Xbox are to "think about what you've done wrong".
