Boise St
I have always kind of rooted for Boise over the years but after this off season of joining then leaving our conference I now want them to fail. It's weird but I'm cheer for Wash tonight.

Re: Boise St
Considering what teams left our conference after they decided to join, I don't blame them one bit. Especially with this being the last year of the BCS. The Mountain West is the more competitive football conference.

Re: Boise St
No - but it is far superior to the MWC
Re: Boise St
screw boise. they would have really helped the AAC and instead backed out to be join the crap(pier) MWC.
Re: Boise St
Not really, given the best team in the conference is one and done after this season.gostangs wrote:No - but it is far superior to the MWC
Re: Boise St
Anyway, since the new American conference was looking like it wasn't going to be a football powerhouse (shocker, i know), why would they want to move leagues, likely having to sign a contract with a much pricier buyout, when the BCS system is going away and the better football conferences still aren't done expanding? They made the right move, and I can't blame them a bit.

Re: Boise St
Congratulations to the Washington Huskies, who beat the Broncos soundly, as UW opened the season in the $280m renovated Husky Stadium, which may be the prettiest college FB setting in the country.
