1-4 after Rutgers... Still finish between 5-7 and 7-5. The way I think it'll play out we'll be 5-5 heading into UH with 2 games to get eligible.

I agree with most of you guys. Winning like that against FCS feels like a loss. I would have left the game pissed off too. No excuse to need a miracle comeback at home like that. Not for $2 million and year 5....

Any chance the way we lost to Tech took the wind of out their sails. I watched the replay again last night and the refs were damn near on the take. Danny Kanell was pretty emphatic about how the holding call and subsequent missed field goal changed the game.

LHP, Normandy was great! just got to Paris today. the girl is asleep, so i found an nfl link online. finally watching some football!
seems like a lot of people need to lighten up, though. we're 1-1. right where we thought we'd be. it was close, but a W is a W.
now have 2 games to watch when i get back Friday!
Go eat at Chez George in Paris Prob need reservation. Thank me later.

The most important thing about the next two games is that they prepare us for the conference slate. I want to play well, execute and put points on the board, and to win both/either would be fantastic, but the prize is conference. No injuries please.

For the record, it was not a miracle comeback. We hung with them and then decisively drove the field to win. But the point stands that we should have beaten them more handily.

Programs bigger than us got knocked off by FCS teams already this season. MSU was #3 FCS in the country. Let's be happy we won and move on
