I have four extras that I try to give away to various non-SMU people who live in the Dallas area every game and the only time I get bites are when we play old SWC foes. Otherwise, I can't give them away, and they are good seats. Attendance has been a problem at SMU since the Cowboys came to town many years ago. Even the Pony Express played in front of an embarrassing number of empty seats unless we were playing TCU, Texas or Arkansas. Even then, only Arkansas sold out Texas Stadium as I recall from those distant years past.mrydel wrote:The cost of tickets is not what is keeping people away.
