Aggy's run defense is horrible but we don't block well enough nor will we run enough to take advantage of that. They'll get pressure with the front 4 and blow up our dink and dunk with 7 in coverage. We'll get 2 TDs tops (including garbage time).
Before the Bama game today, I heard that the Aggies were 115th in rushing defense. Trouble is, our running game hasn't looked that great yet this year, plus we'll likely be down early so June will abandon whatever run game we could have.

I'd prepare to be shocked...

We barely scored 30 against Montana state... At home...
I assume montana state would hold Rice under 30.

I'm hoping we score 10 on them and that they don't score 100 on us!

I think Montana State lost starting QB from Euless Trinity for a few weeks

Correct. Plus Montana State didn't want to run the score up - Colorado Mesa didn't get on the board.

A&M's defense looked terrible but don't forget that 3 of their defensive players were suspended for the first 2 games, which might have hurt their preparedness for the bama game.

SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

I don't understand some people. How a legendary-level team, with 3 national championships in 4 years, and likely another coming this year, does on offense is so radically different from our team it tells us nothing about how we will do. Apples to oranges.

Most ridiculous thread ever. They aren't that great of a defense...against SEC competition.

I hope our guys give it a game, but to have even a thought of anything beyond MAYBE covering the spread is a joke. Even if we had destroyed Tech and Montana St I'd have zero hope of winning this game in CS with Manziel at QB.

aTm defense wasn't that good against Rice or Sam Houston State either.

Aggie Safety Floyd Ravan will likely miss SMU game with collarbone injury suffered week before Bama game. One of Aggies weakest spots right now.
